Osnovna škola Okučani je matična škola, a obuhvaća sljedeća sela: Bijela Stijena, Lještani, Donji Rogolji, Gornji Rogolji, Bobare, Čaprginci, Trnakovac, Benkovac, Cage, Okučani, Bodegraj, Lađevac, Vrbovljani, Čovac, Gređani, Gornji Bogićevci, Ratkovac, Širinci, Kosovac, Dubovac, Stara Gradiška, Gornji Varoš, Donji Varoš, Novi Varoš, Pivare i Uskoci.
U sastavu matične škole djeluju 2 područna odjela:

PO STARA GRADIŠKA Nastava se izvodi u 2 čista (5. i 6.razred) i 3 (1./4.r, 2./3.r, 7./8.r)
kombinirana odjela.
PO GORNJI BOGIĆEVCI Nastava se odvija u 1 (1./2.r) kombiniranom odjelu i
1 čistom odjelu (4.r).
PO SMRTIĆ – RATKOVAC Status trenutno zatvorene škole.
PO TRNAKOVAC Status trenutno zatvorene škole.
PO LAĐEVAC – BODEGRAJ Status trenutno zatvorene škole.
